  • Get it by Christmas

    To ensure you receive your order before Christmas, make sure to place your orders by the following timelines:
    - Shipping: Orders must be placed by 11:59pm PT on 12/17.
    - Pickup: Orders must be placed by 12:00pm PT on 12/23.

    Thanksgiving Day - Closed
    Black Friday - 8am-9pm
    December 18th-23rd - 9am-10pm
    Christmas Eve - 8am-8pm
    Christmas Day - Closed
    New Years Eve - 9am-5pm
    New Years Day - 10am-5pm

  • Holiday Shipping Timeline

    Given the increase in orders during this holiday season, orders placed with standard shipping methods may take up to 5-7 business days to ship. 

  • Holiday BOPIS Timeline

    Given the increase in orders during this holiday season, pickup orders may take 1-3 business days to be ready. Once your order is ready for pickup you will receive an email notifying you. 

    Please ensure you follow our pickup guidelines at time of pickup.

  • Extended Return Policy

    We are happy to offer you an extended return period for items in their original state, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact. Items placed between 12/4 – 12/24 can be returned through 1/15.

    Any item listed as FINAL SALE or bulk buyer orders are not eligible.

  • Holiday Return Processing

    Due to the increase in returns during this holiday season, it may take 7-10 business days for your return to be processed once it is received at our facility. 

    Once we complete your return, we will refund you to the original form of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to reflect in your account.
