Back-to-School 2025 Starts with a Record and a Mission
On Friday, June 20, WSS made history — and made a difference — by officially setting a new GUINNESS WORLD RECORD™ for the Longest Line of Backpacks. The milestone moment took place at WSS’s Figueroa St. warehouse (Store 8) in Los Angeles, where over 7,324 backpacks were lined up end to end in a stunning visual display of support for LA families.
But the celebration didn’t stop there. Every single backpack used in the record-setting event will be donated to underserved students and families across Los Angeles, helping kids head back to school with confidence and pride.
